Direct Thermal Labels

Direct thermal printing requires a thermal sensitive paper. No ribbon is required as the printer "burns" the image or text onto the material.

We are able to produce plain white labels through to plain colourwashed and pre-printed labels with company logos and details.

Labels can be supplied from one to several across the web and on either 1", 1.5", 1.75", 3" or 4" cores.

Direct Thermal labels can be manufactured on Thermal Economy, Thermal Top Coated Papers in Permanent, Peelable and Deep Freeze adhesives. We also stock Direct Thermal Synthetic in permanent and freezer adhesives and Thermal Board Eco 220B a 225g/m² card suitable for retail applications.
