PeterLynn are reknown for their flexibility and cost efficient processes. We consistently review procedures and machinery to ensure we are capable of meeting the most strenuous labelling requirements. We manufacture labels by the following processes.

Hot Foil
Hotfoil printing is the most economical of all the printing processes. It is ideal for small to medium run quantities and specialist work. We have the facility to consecutively number. Labels can be laminated with either matt or gloss clear polyester for protection against water, chemicals and abrasions.

Flexographic
Flexographic printing is used for medium and large volumes of labels. Using inks, we can print high quality images upto six colours, as well as varnishing the label for protection against marking and for a high gloss finish. We also have the facility for printing on the reverse side of the material (adhesive) ideal for cooking instructions and serving suggestions.

Thermal Transfer
Thermal Transfer printing allows the printing of variable information such as price, sell by dates and ingredients. Also ideal for consecutively numbering and bar codes.
